Time has passed since that summer adventure, and there are even more children with partner Digimon now. However, because of their unique nature, many children face the looming shadows of persecution and being targeted for military use. While Taichi and Yamato are working to rescue children, they are attacked by mysterious Digimon.

The eight original Digidestined go on a camping trip together on August 1, even if the others were a bit busy. The planned camping trip pushes through, but Mimi suddenly forgets the camping equipment, and things go wrong pretty fast. But then, Taichi remembers that this is exactly like their first camping trip together… to the Digital World. But as they go about their camping trip, the camping grounds slowly reveal its hidden secrets.

Mikey Kudo, a 7th grade boy, heard a mysterious melody and followed it to an alley where a mysterious, legendary Digivice called the Fusion Loader appeared in front of him. Accompanied by his friends, Angie Hinomoto and Jeremy Tsurugi, they were dragged into the Digital World. They soon realized that the Digital World was a place inhabited by living creatures named Digimon and is now slowly being taken over by an evil empire named the Bagra Army. Now, Mikey and his “Fusion Fighters“ team become an important figure to free the world from the Bagra Army, led by their Emperor Lord Bagra.

A boy named Gerry, and his friends Dorothy and Edwardo, are transported to a magical digital world to help a little digimon called Shoutmon in his battles.

We pick up with our heroes and the challenges faced by the members of D.A.T.S. (“Digital Accident Tactics Squad“), an organization created to conceal the existence of the Digital World and Digimon from the rest of mankind. A boy, Marcus, becomes friends with a stray Digimon, Agumon, who escaped from and is wanted by D.A.T.S. Now fugitives on the run, they encounter a matured stage Digimon, Kokatorimon, and a battle ensues. Satsuma, a D.A.T.S. commander, witnesses the fight and recruits Marcus and Agumon into the organization to help protect the human world from the dangers of Digimon.
